Chinese Ambassador Visits KC

The Chinese Ambassador to the United States, his excellency Zhou ****, visited Kansas City on Oct. 18, 2006 and spoke at length at the Edgar Snow Symposium dinner at the Intercontinentel Hotel on the Country Club Plaza.

Here are some of his remarks:

"The United States should continue to support its 'One China' policy...."

...by doing the following:

1.) Cease contact with all Taiwan high-level officials
2.) Cease all sales of arms and munitions to Taiwan
